A prominent AV-rated Education Law firm seeks an associate with 5+ years’ experience. The role will primarily involve advice and counsel in general and labor counsel matters. Our firm’s major practice areas include education law, special education law, public sector labor law, employment law, collective bargaining, administrative law and civil litigation on behalf of school districts in both State and Federal courts.  Candidate must have excellent organizational, research, writing, and people skills. Knowledge of education law is essential.  This firm has a full benefits package, including healthcare, 401K, profit sharing, paid bar dues and CLEs, etc.  This is a full-time in-office position.
