Atlanta office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its Real Estate group. All candidates must possess a background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing and development. Candidates should be able to demonstrate both prior experience and the developing ability to independently handle various aspects of a commercial real estate transaction including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents (on behalf of Borrower), leases and development documents. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical and communications skills are required. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience. State Bar of Georgia admission preferred.
