Junior to mid-level associate for our Washington, DC office with 2-3 years of patent litigation experience to join our highly regarded Intellectual Property practice. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse practice. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
