Attorney for our Washington, DC office to join our highly regarded Intellectual Property practice. We are looking for law firm patent litigation experience for this position, but are also willing to consider recent law school graduates with technical experience in Biology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. Preferred candidates will have pre-trial experience, as well as experience in discovery management, and preparation for depositions. Staff attorneys will be employees of the firm and receive firm benefits.
