Philadelphia Plaintiff litigation firm seeks an associate attorney with at least 2 years' experience to join our team handling personal injury cases. Our firm handles motor vehicle, workers compensation, premises liability, construction accident, trucking, FELA railroad and medical malpractice cases. Candidate should have experience in handling his/her own caseload and would need to be both pro-active and skilled in moving cases forward to get our clients the best possible result. Candidate should have experience in the civil discovery process and in taking and defending depositions. Candidate should also be able to both work independently and under the supervision of firm partners, depending on the size and nature of the case.
