Come join a winning firm that is remaking the face of personal injury in Georgia!Duties and Responsibilities:· Manage a pipeline of approximately 100 personal injury cases to ensure adequate settlements that make clients whole· Litigate cases for maximum settlement judgments· Take and defend depositions · Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.· Maintain heavy communication with clients, opposing counsel and adjusters.· Negotiate settlements as needed, outside of mediation and trial.· Meet monthly established goals and metricsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:* Must have an active GA bar license in good standing* Excellent customer service skills* Track Record of successful settlements via negotiation, Offers of Settlement, mediation and jury trialsPay: Total annual compensation is expected between $200,000 to $500,000.
