Beitchman & Zekian, P.C. seeks a motivated and ambitious attorney with 2 to 4 years of civil and business litigation experience for its Encino office. Applicants should have litigation experience and must be prepared to assume an active case load including propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting law and motion, appearing at hearings and client reporting. Trial experience preferred but not required. Seeking an applicant that is energetic, aggressive, a self-starter, and a team-player who has the willingness and determination to work hard at finding the best legal solutions for our clients. The applicant should also enjoy new challenges, be flexible, organized and able to handle all aspects of pretrial law and motion work with minimal supervision.
