Seeking capital markets associates with three to five years of experience to join our corporate group. Candidates should have experience representing issuers, underwriters and placement agents in public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act. M&A experience is also helpful.
