Our client, a top global transportation, and logistics company, has engaged us to find an attorney for their expanding legal team in their Richmond, VA headquarters. Candidates must have 2+ years of maritime and litigation experience to be considered for this role. The hired attorney will provide counsel to the organization on prospective and ongoing litigation matters, along with supporting the legal team with transaction matters such as leases, purchases, licensing, and compliance issues. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), along with an exceptional business acumen, and a team-oriented approach are critical for success in this position. Candidates coming from private practice or from in-house will be considered. This is a hybrid role open to candidates who can be based locally or to those who can travel to Richmond every other week.
