Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Labor and Employment Attorney at Hyderally & Associates, P.C. The attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of labor and employment law cases, including conducting legal research, drafting motions, and representing clients in litigation. Qualifications Labor and Employment Law expertise Experience in employment litigation Strong research skills Ability to draft motions effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Bar admission in New Jersey and/or New York
