The New York office of Morgan Lewis, an international law firm with nearly 2,000 attorneys, seeks a qualified junior associate with law firm experience to join our Structured Transaction Practice. Experience in corporate and/or transactions required. Background in structured finance and securitization a plus but not a requirement. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background and excellent writing and drafting skills. A successful candidate would be a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and who will also be a team player and able to interact effectively with clients.
