The Houston office is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of experience to join the M&A/Securities practice group. The candidate should have significant experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for public and private companies and private equity firms and drafting and negotiating complex partnership and LLC agreements. The candidate should have strong academic credentials and work experience.
