The Dallas office is seeking an IP litigation associate with three to six years of experience to join the IP Litigation practice area. The ideal candidate should have a technical degree, strong academic credentials, and extensive patent litigation experience in a number of technical fields. This associate will have the opportunity to work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts around the United States.
