The Boston office of Morgan Lewis, an international law firm with nearly 2,000 attorneys, seeks two highly motivated junior or mid-level associates to join the Personal Law Practice Group.


Practice Description:


The Personal Law Practice addresses the legal and financial interests of individuals, family businesses and nonprofit organizations. The practice is devoted to the representation of individuals and family groups of substantial wealth in connection with estate and gift tax planning, family business succession planning, philanthropic planning and management of personal financial interests on a national and international scale. Part of the practice consists of the representation of major universities, secondary schools and cultural organizations around the country in connection with their planned giving programs.

Job Requirements:


The ideal candidates will have experience working in a law firm or a financial planning firm. Candidates with a background in estate planning, tax, and business succession planning are desired. Candidates with significant experience drafting trust agreements and Wills are highly desirable.
