Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join our consumer practice group. This is a full-time position. We are located in the Financial District, NYC. We are open to remote or hybrid work for the right candidate. Job Duties: Draft high-quality comprehensive, fact-intensive pleadings, discovery demands, and communications Review work product and guide junior attorneys on tasks involving consumer class actions and mass arbitrations Develop case theory, and offer substantive input on litigation strategies Manage a voluminous caseload of arbitrations, acting as the engine moving the actions forward and taking ownership of outcomes Represent clients in arbitrations, mediations and in court, including oral arguments, hearings, and trials Work independently on cases to move them forward, as well as ability to work as part of a team Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active bar admission in the United States 4+ years' experience in plaintiffs’ side mass arbitration or consumer litigation Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Strong analytical, research, and writing skills; exceptional oral and written communication abilities. Experience participating in the arbitration process and/or making court appearances, including trials, motions, and hearings. Experience with data breach cases or in the high-volume arbitration space is preferred, but not required. Law Review, Federal Court clerkship, or similar other writing experience is a plus To Apply Please submit a resume and writing sample.
