Associate Corporate Counsel (Bilingual ENGLISH / KOREAN)

Responsibilities but not limited to: Prepare cases for and manage litigation at all levels and at various stages, including but not limited to demand, mediation, motion practice, discovery, trial, and appeal Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents across different business functions. Negotiate agreements, including drafting and effectuating agreements Support real estate transactions, assist in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and contribute to corporate governance initiatives. Labor/Employment Assistance: Offer legal advice and support in labor and employment matters, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations. Manage outside counsel services, including legal spending and fee approvals Assist in managing trademark portfolios, providing legal advice on intellectual property matters, and supporting trademark-related initiatives. Qualifications / Skills: Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in all phases of litigation and/or transactional matters. Strong writing, research, and communication skills and admitted to Admitted to NY and NJ bar. Experienced in drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and versed in drafting various contracts, including but not limited to real estate related agreements. Ability to read, write and speak English and Korean with Business proficiency. Prior experience at a law firm is necessary.
