Winston & Strawn LLP’s New York office is looking for an associate with three to five years of finance experience. Candidates should have experience in secured and unsecured syndicated lending transactions, private placements of debt securities and similar transactions involving major banks, financial institutions and placement agents. Familiarity with structured finance and/or project finance transactions would also be useful (but not required).
