SENIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY, BOUTIQUE LAW FIRM, CORPORATE LAW We provide strategic advisory and legal services to the world's leading architects, interior designers and creatives. Our clients' work spans residential, hospitality and commercial and is frequently featured in major A&D publications. We are searching for a senior associate attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with litigation experience. This is a highly impactful role; you will report directly to the Managing Partner and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will work closely with our diverse client base – comprised of lifestyle brands, creatives and AD100 / Elle Décor A-List design professionals – on their advisory and legal needs. An ideal candidate will thrive in an independent environment, produce high quality work product with minimal guidance, demonstrate a client oriented proactive mindset, a strong interest in design and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 5 years in corporate law, 5+ years with litigation experience is strongly preferred • Licensed to practice in New York and CA preferred, but not required. • Proactive with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize projects and deadlines • Proven ability to manage clients, deal flow and internal teams of junior associates • Ability to anticipate client and Managing Partner needs • Well-organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills • Strong project management / organizational skills • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Apple IOS and related applications
