Job Description:

DLA Piper's Short Hills Office is seeking a mid-level to senior employment litigation attorney with at least five to eight years of experience. The ideal candidate must have strong employment litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions and experience with class action cases. Strong writing skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have experience practicing both in New York and New Jersey. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds.
