Additionally, the firm provides advice and guidance to corporate clients and Human Resources Personnel to ensure compliance with employment laws. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Labor and Employment Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for researching and analyzing legal issues related to labor and employment law, drafting legal documents, including motions and briefs, representing clients in employment litigation cases, and advising clients on employment practices and policies. This role is located in Montclair, NJ but offers flexibility to work remotely.
