The ideal candidate will have substantial commercial litigation experience – class action experience is preferred but not mandatory. The hired attorney will be fed litigation matters for the firm’s Fortune 500 and privately held clients. Qualified candidates will have the desire and aptitude to run and manage their own cases, while also overseeing junior attorneys on the team. Candidates must be graduates of top tier law schools with exceptional academic credentials. Federal or State Appellate Court Clerkship experience preferred as is BigLaw experience. The firm pays close to Atlanta market and offers a true national practice.
