The Silicon Valley office of DLA Piper is actively seeking an entry-level associate with a solid interest or background in transactional tax for its Tax Group. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills, excellent analytical and writing skills, and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools. Candidates should be enrolled in a JD program at a US law school and an advanced degree in tax is strongly preferred. Familiarity with financial statements and models will be a plus.
