Job Description:

DLA Piper is seeking a senior-level associate to join its Corporate Group in Miami.

The ideal candidate will have 6 plus years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, and ideally also experience with venture capital and private equity transactions. Healthcare experience is also a plus. We are looking for a candidate who can run a transaction and also manage other attorneys. We prefer candidates with big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools.
