DESCRIPTION: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”) hereby solicits proposals from law firms, including sole practitioners, to provide legal services for and in connection with tort litigation to the MTA and its current and future subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “MTA Agencies”), including, without limitation, the New York City Transit Authority (“NYCT”), the MTA Bus Company (“MTA Bus”), the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (“TBTA”), the Staten Island Rapid Transit.
