As part of the UK government’s drive to develop legislation for a UK regulatory regime to govern the cryptoassets sector, on 16 December 2024 the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published Discussion Paper DP24/4, which relates to (i) future market abuse and (ii) admissions and disclosures (A&D) regimes for cryptoassets.
