Qualifications

The Corporate Department of the San Diego office seeks a skilled and highly qualified associate with 3 to 6 years of technology transactions experience to join its practice. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in life science field and will be admitted to the California Bar. The candidate should have experience negotiating licensing transactions; and experience in due diligence for other M&A and securities transactions is preferred.
