Qualifications

The Corporate Department of the Orange County office seeks an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in public and private company mergers & acquisitions, capital market transactions, public company representation, and general corporate work. Ideal candidates will have experience at a large national or international firm. California bar preferred.
