Our client, a multi-state full-service boutique, is seeking to add a senior construction litigation associate to their Florida team. Qualified candidates will have at least 6 years of experience with construction litigation matters, specifically construction defect cases. Candidates should have previous trial experience. This is a tremendous opportunity to work directly with several of the firm’s senior partners and to get meaningful experience from day one. This is a fully remote role, and the hired attorney can sit anywhere in Florida (or even outside of Florida) as long as they have an active law license in Florida.
