Qualifications

The Washington, D.C. office seeks an experienced health care associate to join our established Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Group. The ideal candidate has 3 to 6 years of experience with and possesses knowledge of health care fraud and abuse laws as well as other health care regulatory areas relevant to health care mergers & acquisitions, offerings and financings. Health Care Transactional experience in conducting due diligence and drafting definitive agreements and regulatory disclosures in SEC filings required. Compliance and health regulatory counseling experience strongly desired. Candidate should possess outstanding writing skills, as well as significant experience on client matters and a desire to join a dynamic, diverse and fast paced practice area
