Your role involves conducting thorough research and handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions and court conferences, as well as preparation of summaries, evaluations, motions and briefs. Excellent writing skills mandatory. Must be an active member of the New Jersey Bar with a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
