Real Estate Associate at Seyfarth Shaw (Boston, MA)

The Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a real estate attorney with 4 - 7 years of commercial real estate finance experience including drafting and negotiating loan documents, reviewing legal opinions, and resolving title, survey and zoning issues. Structured finance experience, including CMBS experience, considered a plus but is not required. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
