Previously, Tycon Medical Systems (“Tycon Medical”) filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General’s offices of Vermont and Massachusetts after discovering that information in the company’s possession was subject to unauthorized access. Subsequently, in a December 30, 2024 filing, Tycon Medical filed notice with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights indicating that the incident affected the sensitive information of a shocking 112,847 individuals....
