Candidates must have experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement, and some familiarity with copyrights and IP licensing. The Stoel Rives TIP practice is a multidisciplinary group that includes talented professionals with experience in business, litigation, and technical matters. Strong academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are also required. Membership in the Utah State Bar is preferred, but not required.
