Stern, Lavinthal & Frankenberg, LLC, is seeking a foreclosure attorney experienced in the NJ and/or NY foreclosure process and default litigation. We are a full service real estate boutique firm specializing in foreclosures/creditors' rights, REO transactions and commercial litigation in NJ, NY and PA. Our strength lies in merging the extensive experience typical of larger firms with the personalized attention of a boutique practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 - 10 plus years’ experience in representing creditors in foreclosure  litigation, including title and eviction matters, and must be familiar with all aspects of the NJ foreclosure process.   NJ Bar admission is required. NY Bar a plus.
