The global law firm of K&L Gates seeks to hire a corporate associate to join their dynamic practice.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience representing public and private companies in the areas of corporate and securities law, including public and private securities offerings, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.


We require outstanding academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, a commitment to providing the highest quality client service, and a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Our associates work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Prior experience in a law firm practice is preferred.
