The global law firm of K&L Gates seeks to hire a Corporate Associate to join their Miami office’s Corporate M&A practice.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with securities law and general corporate law expertise and the ability to manage M&A transactions and general corporate work with oversight from partners and associates.


We require outstanding academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, a commitment to providing the highest quality client service, and a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Our associates work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Prior experience in a law firm practice is preferred.
