The global law firm of K&L Gates seeks to hire a 3rd-5th year Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing Associate for its Dallas office.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience with technology transactions, software licensing and outsourcing transactions. Good drafting, negotiation and communication skills required. Background in software, Internet, technology or consulting is favorable.


We require outstanding academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, a commitment to providing the highest quality client service, and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Our associates work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred.
