The global law firm of K&L Gates seeks to hire a mid-level associate to join their dynamic Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in Charlotte.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits. Knowledge and experience with tax qualified plans, executive compensation, fiduciary matters, transactional matters and ERISA is required, as well as great academics and strong research, writing and analytic skills.
