Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for individuals, families, and businesses.Draft legal documents, including business contracts and estate planning documents.Manage complex transactions, business successions, and family business structures.Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, fostering technical growth within the team.Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals on integrated planning strategies. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in estate planning and business law, with a strong focus on tax planning. Admission to the Georgia or Florida Bar.LL.M. in Taxation or CPA designation is strongly preferred.Strong drafting, analytical, and leadership skills.Ability to manage client relationships and complex matters.Why Join Us?
