The Denver office’s banking practice is seeking an outstanding mid-level banking lawyer with two to three years of experience representing borrowers and lenders, including corporations, private equity funds, banks and other institutions, in connection with acquisition financings,leveraged buyouts, asset-based loans and other financings.

Candidates should have excellent drafting skills and a strong working knowledge of credit agreements, security agreements and commitment papers; the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client management teams; and the ability to be friendly and collegial with a team, including mentoring and supervising more junior associates.
