Hogan Lovells seeks a corporate associate with a minimum of three years of corporate law firm experience for our office in Baltimore. Preferred candidates would have experience representing established and emerging growth companies or private equity and venture capital investors in general corporate matters, M&A, private equity, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and/or and securities law reporting. Outstanding academic credentials and a commitment to excellence are required.
