The Northern Virginia office of Hogan Lovells seeks a junior-level corporate associate. Successful candidates should have a minimum of one or two years law firm experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity experience. Outstanding drafting skills, ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client management teams, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence is required. Preference for candidates who are already members of the Virginia Bar, but not required.
