5-attorney San Francisco Bay Area civil litigation firm handling cases throughout California, Colorado and Nevada has an immediate opening for an attorney with 5-15 years of civil litigation experience. We are looking for an attorney with experience defending civil lawsuits including law & motion and deposition work; additional experience handling judicial and/or binding arbitrations, mediations and preparing for bench and jury trials is preferred but not required. California bar admission is required, and additional admission in NV is preferred.  Insurance defense experience is also preferred. Our practice is focused on the defense of bodily injury, construction, consumer, employment and property damage claims for insurance and commercial clients involved in the automotive, construction and solar energy industries.
