The position would support the Group’s activities in the United States, which is licensed by the NY Department of Financial Services and requires expertise gained from premier experience at a major law firm and/or bank.

A successful candidate will be required to act as a source of professional expertise and be a subject matter expert in relation to the negotiation of derivative and repo master agreements directly with institutional and corporate clients and provide legal advice and guidance to the business in relation to derivatives, foreign exchange, secondary securities products and associated regulations.

Key to the role will be ensuring all documentation executed and advice given meets the company's policy, risk and regulatory requirements and managing external advisers for best value and service provision.
