Hogan Lovells seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join our IP Media & Technology practice. Successful candidates should have commercial transactional experience with a technology focus, including with the development, licensing,acquisition and sale of: technology, software, content, brands and other intellectual property in a variety of industries, ranging from communications and computing, to media and consumer products, to the life sciences . Relevant work experience may include drafting and negotiating development, collaboration and licensing agreements; clinical research agreements; university-related tech transfer; conducting IP and M&A due diligence; drafting IP provisions incorporate transactional agreements and advising clients on IP ownership,protection and licensing strategies. Applicants must have outstanding writing and analytical skills, top academic credentials and a commitment to excellence. This position will be located in either the Northern Virginia and/or Washington, D.C. offices.
