Hogan Lovells’ Finance/Banking Group seeks a mid-level associate with a minimum of two years of law firm transactional bank lending experience. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in complex lending transactions, including sponsor/private equity acquisition financing experience, and excellent academic credentials.

Candidates should have excellent drafting skills and a strong working knowledge of financing structures, credit agreements, security agreements and commitment papers; the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated clients; and the ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team that places a high value on collegiality, including mentoring and supervising more junior associates.
