Corporate Transactional, Professional Support Lawyer at Hogan Lovells (Washington, D.C.)

The Washington office of Hogan Lovells is seeking applicants for a position to support the knowledge management and business development initiatives for the U.S. Corporate Group including creating and maintaining model documents and precedents; training and educating lawyers on resources available to them; and preparing training materials and keeping lawyers up to date on market developments. Candidates must have a J.D. with excellent academic credentials, a minimum of four years of law firm practice with experience in mergers & acquisitions and other transactional work, and securities and general corporate counseling matters. A high level of technical competence with excellent drafting and research skills, and excellent communications and interpersonal skills are also required. We seek candidates with the ability to work independently and also collaborate as part of our team. Candidates must be admitted to the D. C. Bar.
