The Newport Beach Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group is looking to hire an associate with three to five years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have a range of experience typical for our Newport Beach M&A practice, including public company experience in the areas of M&A, periodic reports and governance; general corporate law experience, private company M&A experience, and experience with private equity and public offerings.
