O’Melveny & Myers’ New York Office is looking for a class of 2010 - 2012 associate to join our Investment Funds group. Potential candidates should have experience with the formation of private equity funds as well as the issues surrounding the formation of PE funds including drafting of private placement memorandum, partnership agreements and subscription documents. Candidates should be able to work in a team, but also be able to handle significant individual responsibilities.
