The Century City (Los Angeles) office of O’Melveny & Myers is seeking a mid-level to senior associate or counsel with four to seven years of experience to join our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group.

The ideal candidate would have a range of deal experience, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, private equity-sponsored transactions, and joint ventures, as well as general corporate law experience, in a broad cross-section of industries.
